4U-Web has been established in 2004 and started with offering webhosting services. Since  first of January  2006, 4U-Web also sells hard- and software. 

Halfway 2006 4U-Web has decided to suspend the webhosting services, and these have been carried over to another webhosting company.  Since then 4U-Web appeal totally on the sale of hardware, software and since end 2006 also on home electronic articles. 

Since 1 October 2008 4U-Web has launched a new webstore, in replacement of the previous. The new webstore is called 4U-Tech. This has been done for  preparation for the future. Several webstores will be launchd, who will work under the business 4U-Web ICT Solutions.  Each webstore will be specialized in a particular area and will have there own and appropriate name.
